Tony Mungin-Shaw, unique individual with gifted hands, is a professional
saxophonist and contemporary impressionist abstract artist. He plays
saxophone and paints Jazz and Blues artists on the canvass. He has
linked the painting of Jazz and Blues musicians perfectly alongside his
exemplary musical career. For 14 years, Tony lived in England and
studied the great works of art at the National Gallery and the Tate
Gallery in London, as well as the Louvre in Paris. Tony studied, via
Daytona State College PBS, with renowned Jerry Yarnell, Yarnell School
of Fine Art; Gary Jenkins, Floral Artist; Robert Wyland, Marine Life Artist;
Gary Spetz, Watercolor Artist.
Tony's art captures one-of-a-kind musical legends in bold and striking
hues of Lena Horne, Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins and Grover Washington, Jr.
He is currently working on additional musical legends Carole King, Bob
James and John Coltrane. He was born in the coastal resort and port
town of Brunswick, Georgia, also known as Brunswick and the Golden
